He works with Forrester’s clients to measure and articulate the business value and financial impact of technology and investment decisions. Joe has delivered business case analyses and studies for technology vendors across a wide variety of industries and technology domains. Joe came to Forrester after spending several years as an analyst and consultant, working with top tier service providers, hardware companies, and utilities, among others, to build defensible strategies in the consumer IoT space. Prior to that, he held roles in product marketing. Joe has an MBA from Rutgers Business School and a bachelor's degree from St. John's University.
