Introducing: Acronis' Platform Integration Lighthouse Program

The early days after the release of a new integration are always the most critical in the product lifecycle. As we release a new integration, it is imperative to understand if our solution actually achieves what it aims to, with the best possible partner experience.

Our Lighthouse Program provides select MSPs that activate an integration in the first weeks after it releases with a white-glove onboarding service provided by a Solution Engineer with integration expertise, as well as the Product Manager that owns the integration solution.

This gives our MSP partners the ability to benefit from the integration first, with the comfort of experts that are present to provide guidance and are ready to jump in for help.
